Commissioned models can be used for streaming IF you paid for COMMERCIAL USE RIGHTS. If you did not, then you may not use it as a VTuber model/ Streamer model of any kind.
Do NOT share the model with someone else for them to "upload" it for you. If you do this then you are giving them my model package which is against my TOS.
